Body modifications are the in-thing right now with people doing all sorts of strange things to their bodies. However, one woman has taken modifications further than enlarging her breasts or having a Brazilian butt lift. This woman has spent more than $60,000 to transform herself into a dragon woman.
From Vice President in Banking to Dragon Looks after HIV Diagnosis
Eva Tiamat Medusa, from Texas, worked in a 9 to 5 position as vice president of a bank but chose to quit the job so that she could go after her dream of becoming a dragon woman. This was a decision she made after she was diagnosed with HIV. Medusa said that this had been a wakeup call and made her realize she was not living the life she wanted to live.
After spending over $60,000 in savings, Medusa has transformed the way she looks completely, and according to Vt. co, she has never been happier.

VICE MEDIA INTERVIEW UPDATE: My highly anticipated interview with @vice that was going to be aired in August has been pushed back to September 25th. I have some good news about this interview which I cannot share right now other than to say there are using my interview to relaunch their Broadley channel which focuses on women's & LGBT issues and stories. The part of this story that I cannot share with you is really amazing but I am not going to say anything about it for fear of jinxing it so just wait and know that I appreciate your patience and know that you'll like what is coming from VICE.
$60,000 and Many Procedures Later Medusa Is a Dragon Woman
Eva spent the money undergoing several procedures. She has had her ears removed, her nose has been reshaped, eight horns were implanted into her forehead, and the majority of her teeth were taken out. The two outer teeth on the top were filed and shaped into fangs. The whites of her eyes were stained a blue-green colour, her tongue was split to resemble that of a forked dragon’s tongue in a process known as bifurcation. Medusa also spent money on having the whole of her face tattooed, along with branding and scarification on her wrist and chest.
Medusa said she did not take the transformation into a dragon on a whim. She explained that since the age of five when her parents abandoned her she felt a connection with reptiles. This was after she was “born again” into a western diamondback rattlesnake family she explained. Medusa went on to say, “I have two mothers: One is my original birth mother and my second birth is to my reptilian parents, which are the rattlesnakes.”
Medusa Said the Transformation is the Greatest Journey of Her Life
Some people now call Medusa the Dragon Lady due to her looks, but she is committed to the way she looks. Medusa said, “For me, my transformation is the greatest journey of my life.” “There are profound reasons and deep meanings about my transformation and why I’m doing it.”
Medusa gave a statement saying, “I hope that my story will help other people – not only those who have gone through hard times, but also people who have lost hope.
“I know what it’s like to be at that point. Before my transformation, I was vice president of one of the largest banks in the U.S., and I left when because I became HIV positive and feared I was going to die. My big thing though was I didn’t want to die in this world looking like a human.”
Medusa Not Only Looks Like a Dragon But Believes She Is One
Perhaps more disturbingly that looking like a dragon, Medusa believes that she is a dragon. She went on to say, “As much awesomeness and goodness there is in humans, compared to other species they are the most destructive and hateful. I decided at that time that it was time for a change in my life, so I wanted to look like something that wasn’t human.”
While Medusa does have a forked tongue and horns on her head, she is still very much just like every other person. She walks her three dogs, has a cat, cooks and of course regularly posts selfies on Instagram to show off her dragon looks.
