This sighting occurred in Georgia’s Toccoa. While traveling on the local highway, the guy noticed a big cigar-shaped black object.
He took out his phone and began filming the strange occurrence. He claims he’s never seen anything like it, and it doesn’t appear to be one of our crafts.
It also doesn’t resemble a weather balloon!
We also can’t talk about dirt or a line written on the car window because we can see the item is occasionally obscured by trees. (See illustration below)

BACK IN 1958, my parents were visiting good friends, in our town ( lemon grove ca, ) john, my friend in their front yard were playing ball john through the ball to high, i looked up to find it. instead i seen a perfect group of ( UFO ). in a circle. 5 the size of a pure white dime, equally spaced apart in a circle. one bigger one in the complete center, size of a 25 cent peace. ALL BRIGHT WHITE. i and john were now facing east. 1 bottom left streaked down so fast , looked like a streak of light, & came to a abrupt stop. Maybe 15 to 20 sec. shot across to our right, another streak of light, & stopped instantly. another 20 or so sect. shot straight up into it,s first perfect location. maybe another 15 sect. all 5 shot back up into the sky completely together, and disappeared. STRANGE THING, for 30 some years went by, ME, questing myself. i was a kid, did i really see what i thought i saw. 6 months ago, a old lost friend ( named john harris ) called me, coming to san diego, on business. ( can we have dinner together ?. TEARS CAME DOWN MY CHEAK, YES, WE SEEN THE WHITE ROUND UFO, ( together ). i am now 80, & remember.
I have lived in Georgia my whole life (I’m 59 yrs old) I have lived in my current home for 38yrs. I have seen 5 ufos above the air space above my home in that period of time. I saw 3 in 2015, I am a very analytic person and have been in the automotive field my entire career now retired. I wanted to describe the last one I saw which was one of the 3. It was only approx. 1/4 mile high from the ground flying very erratic jerking up down side to side as it flew. It had a doughnut shape but not flying horizontal it was flying vertically and looked like liquid jet black paint shiny and at the 4 oclock position it looked like you had just reached up and constricted it and it was bubbling large black bubbles then all of sudden it went back normal and then at the 8 oclock position it constricted and started bubbling. I watched it for about 1 minute, it flew directly over my house and I watched it until it went out of sight. It was traveling north to south late afternoon around 4pm it was about to storm, dark clouds. I think some people are more prone to see them than others total I have seen around 8 in my life time but I can say the last one was not made here, not possible it appeared to be alive all sightings except one were in the daytime all different in shape. Only reason I can think of why I see them here above my home is because there is a high tension powerline that passes very near by.
